The stock and invoice module performs record-keeping of the purchase and sale of goods and services, as well as prepares the related Cash In and Cash Out notes and does cash accounting. The module is integrated with financial accounting module, all transactions are automatically entered into financial accounting.

Credit control module is integrated into the stock software. It enables you to track debts, sort them according to the amounts due, add the amount due to each new invoice of the same customer, automatically send the customer reminders, select the recipients of the letters according to the days of the amounts due and a lot of other things.

Main functions of AccountStudio stock and invoice module
- Flexible reporting: it is possible to work out an unlimited number of different reports. A set of the most frequently needed reports is included in the standard package.
- Export of reports to spreadsheet (OpenOffice, MS Office): all reports and documents can be exported from the system and further processed by means of office packages or other software solutions.
- Direct debit support: system user can be the recipient of direct debits.
- Purchase and sales ledgers for tracking payments and receipts: the possibility to refer to the client’s outstanding invoices on the sales invoice.
- It can be integrated with other modules: all documents related to stock and Cash In and Cash Out are automatically entered into accounting.
- Several foreign currencies (not limited in number) and central exchange rates: the system features central management of different foreign currencies and the data related to exchange rates. Main currency is Estonian kroon, transactions may be concluded in any foreign currency. Activities with exchange rates are performed automatically.
- Several stocks and cash balances: the system enables you to describe an unlimited number of stocks for storing goods and cash balances for keeping cash on hand. It is possible to arrange cash flow and flow of goods between own stocks and cash balances, and with the third parties. Each stock has separate calculations of acquisition costs, tracking of quantities, stocktaking, etc.
- Partners may have several locations for doing business: both partner companies (customers and suppliers) and own company may have several business locations. Business locations may have their own contact persons, sales representatives, et al.
- Different price lists: a possibility to describe an unlimited number of price lists, including those in different foreign currencies. It is possible to fix a different price list for different clients, and include additional prices of special offers for particular articles.
- Bilingual articles and multilingual forms: it is possible to provide goods and services with names in two languages (the most common combination is Estonian and English) and then use them when printing the documents. Each document type can have print forms in two languages and the system selects the suitable one according to the customer’s details.
- Freely designed document types and print forms: there are no limits to designing document types, their visual appearance and accounting contents. All designs can be flexibly connected with the entries on the account.
- Derivation of documents from each other: derivation of documents from each other adds a lot to productivity and decreases the emergence of mistakes as it is not necessary to enter the same data repeatedly in different documents.
- Correction of documents: completed documents can be later corrected. In this case, the entries made on the basis of this document into accounting are automatically corrected. Upon correction, previous versions of the document are preserved, which allows to check the users’ activity and find mistakes.
- Stocktaking: the system includes a comprehensive solution for stocktaking. It is possible to carry out stocktaking either for the whole stock or partly for selected articles.
- Support of e-invoices, barcode and CN8-code: the system supports exchange of information of e-invoices, which is in compliance with Estonian Banking Association’s standard. EAN13 and CN8 codes can be used for identifying goods.
- Packaging types: the system enables you to track movement of packages and packaging materials.
- Sending invoices and other documents by e-mail: invoices and other documents can be sent to the partners directly from the programme by e-mail.
