Additional modules for the AccountStudio ERP software offer complete solutions for a variety of companies.
Currently, there are three special modules in AccountStudio ERP software:
- Loan management
- Fixed assets
- Office
Loan management module
Loan management module has been created for companies dealing with financing loans and leasing. This is the only programme created for this purpose which fully meets all needs of companies dealing with leasing and loans, including tracking agreements, collateral, loan schedules, etc; credit control, sending invoices, etc. This is the only currently available and utilized loan management software with such complete functionality.
Loan management module enables the user to take up incoming and outgoing loans, prepare agreements, print agreements, generate schedules, generate invoices in compliance with contract clauses, and make loan- and leasing-related reporting. There is no other software at such level which would guarantee everything necessary for the operation of a loan office.
The programme can be fully integrated with the rest of AccountStudio ERP software.
Accounting of fixed assets
The module of fixed assets’ accounting is suitable for production companies, car parks and other companies with a lot of fixed assets. It makes accounting of fixed assets considerably easier and quicker.
Characteristic of AccountStudio software, the greatest advantage of the fixed assets module is flexibility: amortization methods may be straight-line or not, resource-based depreciation is possible as well.

Office module
Office software module has been created for simplifying an accounting company’s work arrangement, but it also suits other companies where it is necessary to follow the process of rendering services and the current situation of work (e.g. accountancy, lawyers offices, auditors, supervision of construction work, cleaning service, etc).
Office module is designed for managing and keeping internal information and know-how, saving daily rendered services, and for employees and manager for tracking the state of current and completed tasks or services. Invoice is automatically formed on the basis of the table of work tasks and sent to the customer. It is possible to generate numerous invoices for numerous customers at the same time (e.g. providers of mobile telecommunication service or other monthly services).
Office software has been fully integrated with the rest of AccountStudio ERP software.
